Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for school-based practice (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and reliable with a passion for serving diverse student needs
- Comfortable with onsite services (no virtual/VOCO assignments at this time)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with IEPs and district policy
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine student needs, regularly documenting progress and sharing results with educational teams and families
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to integrate speech and language goals in the classroom setting
- Develop engaging, individualized therapy plans that promote positive learning outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
