We are seeking an experienced in Commercial Office Building Management individual.

Qualifications:

A highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Office Management Assistant Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our commercial and residential property portfolio. This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our commercial and residential property occupancy and profitability.

• Proven experience working as an assistant preferable in commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices: leases, vendors & qualifications, tenant's files, property reports, budget, etc.
• Excellent commination and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in property management software, Appfolio is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including lease management, tenant's files, rent collections, and tenant communications, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns, vendors, w-9 and insurance, etc.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with leasing agents to market and attract new tenants
• Be familiar with financial analysis, including budget preparation and expense tracking. Ability to read the month-end report
• Maintain tenant records directory
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial office management
