We are looking for a passionateERP Digital Lead
What do you get to do in this position?
The ERP Digital Lead for Schneider Electric Federal will report to the Director of Technology and be responsible for the daytoday management, optimization, and support of the SAP S/4 HANA ERP platform. This role will ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and Schneider Electric parent digital systems and maintain critical connections to 3rdparty applications. You will oversee ERP operations, manage vendor relationships, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in ERPrelated workflows. This is a handson leadership role requiring deep ERP functional knowledge, integration expertise, and the ability to work across business and IT teams in a regulated Federal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Operations & Functional Expertise
- Oversee daily operations of SAP S/4 HANA, with emphasis on OrdertoCash, Finance, and Project Systems modules.
- Ensure ERP processes align with Federal business requirements and compliance standards.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and track KPIs for ERP health, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- ERP Integrations
- Manage and evolve integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and Schneider Electric parent systems, focusing on order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with 3rdparty tools, including:
- TechnoMile Contract Lifecycle Management
- Navan Travel & Expense Management
- Thomson Reuters Tax Management
- ClickTime Time Card Management
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) across all integration points.
- LightsOn Support
- Provide ongoing ERP support, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for incident resolution and change management.
- Document and communicate system changes, enhancements, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify ERP enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize ERPspecific projects and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Optimize workflows within OrdertoCash, Finance, and Project Systems to support business growth.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with ERP application partners and vendors.
- Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and contract compliance.
- Ensure alignment with Schneider Electric standards and governance.
This job might be for you if you are:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or business-related field.
- 8+ years of ERP leadership experience, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven expertise in OrdertoCash, Finance, and Project Systems
- Strong background in ERP integrations with enterprise and 3rdparty systems.
- Experience in vendor management and ERP operations in a regulated (Federal) environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills.
