Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Property Manager- Maintenance to join their team. As a Property Manager- Maintenance, you will oversee the Maintenance Department supporting residential community upkeep and improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Property Manager- Maintenance
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay Range: $26 per hour
Shift: 830am - 5pm, Monday through Friday *MUST BE BILINGUAL*
What's the Job?
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping to maintain property standards
- Support unit turnovers by performing clean-outs and light rehab work to prepare units for new residents
- Complete work orders efficiently and independently, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests
- Follow safety protocols and conduct regular inventory checks of tools and supplies
- Utilize tablets and computers for work orders and communication, participating in virtual training sessions as needed
What's Needed?
- 2-3 years of general labor experience, such as landscaping or property maintenance
- Knowledge of operating a zero-turn lawn mower
- 1-2 years of basic residential plumbing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic technology skills and a valid driver’s license with own transportation
