What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Full-time, licensed agents in Georgia or those working to obtain their license soon.
  2. Go-getters with strong follow-up skills and a passion for helping others.
  3. Individuals who want to learn, grow, and earn — not just hang their license.
  4. A tech-friendly mindset and willingness to adapt to modern systems.


Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up with inbound leads and schedule showings quickly and efficiently.
  2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to assess needs and build trust.
  3. Host open houses and guide clients through transactions from offer to close.
  4. Stay up to date on local market trends and community developments.
  5. Keep CRM and lead activity updated with notes and client progress.


Qualifications:

  1. Active Georgia real estate license (or currently in process)
  2. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
  3. Excellent communication and time management
  4. Tech-comfortable and CRM-proficient
  5. Hungry, humble, and ready to grow

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year


Benefits: Flexible schedule
