The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer III (Senior Environmental Engineer) to join our team!The Engineer III (Senior Environmental Engineer) provides senior-level technical expertise and leadership in support of environmental engineering task and support programs. This role supports mission-critical activities in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), including responsibilities outlined in Section 3.6.1, and ensures compliance with applicable federal environmental laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities· Provide senior technical expertise for environmental engineering initiatives and programs· Support and execute tasks in accordance with SOW Section 3.6.1 requirements· Ensure all work complies with federal environmental laws, regulations, and policies· Develop, review, and provide technical input for environmental documentation, reports, and analyses· Support environmental planning, assessments, and compliance efforts· Advise program leadership on environmental risk, mitigation strategies, and regulatory considerations· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, government stakeholders, and contractors
Required Qualifications· Minimum of 15 years of related engineering experience, specifically supporting environmental engineering task and support programs· Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, scientific, or technical discipline· Demonstrated experience with federal environmental laws and regulations· Active SECRET security clearance (required)· Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
