Millwork Design Engineer – Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Grabill, IN
Wood Technologies, LLC is a woman-owned manufacturer specializing in custom commercial store fixtures, architectural millwork, and commercial cabinetry. Our work is seen in high-end spaces nationwide, from retail chains to healthcare and hospitality environments.
We are seeking a Millwork Design Engineer to join our growing Design/Engineering team. This is a design-focused position.
If you have experience creating detailed 3D models and drawings for custom millwork or cabinetry projects, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed shop drawings and 3D models for commercial millwork, cabinetry, and retail fixture projects
- Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into production-ready designs
- Develop cut lists and bills of materials (BOM)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical drafting or millwork design
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents
- Commercial millwork or custom cabinetry experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision is a plus (training provided)
