What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable apartment Turnover Cleaner to join our team in Brainerd, MN. As a turnover cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.

Job Description: (Including but not limited to)

• Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention

Requirements:

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management
