A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead a skilled nursing operation in the Ballston Spa area.
This is a high-level leadership role for an administrator who can take ownership of operations, people, compliance, census, and financial performance while
driving meaningful improvements across the facility.
Ideal Background:

Active New York LNHA license
-
Proven SNF/LTC administration experience
-
Strong knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys
-
Experience leading department heads and managing facility performance

Strong operational and financial acumen
