Customer Service
Receive 75% of order via email, 25% are telephone order, ERP and or FAX.
Help with Quotes and doing lots of follow up.
Knowledge of Freight and understands expense is helpful
Know the difference between small parcel up to 100 LBS or LTL(less than a load) or + 100LBS or Tractor Trailer
Data Entry, Outlook, Basic Excel skills and excellent communication skills required
