Maintenance Tech (no experience necessary)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate commercial mowers (zero-turn, walk-behind)
• Trim, edge, and blow properties to a clean, professional finish
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes
• Help with seasonal clean-ups as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Ready to work full-time
• Reliable and on time
• Able to work outdoors in heat and varying weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Landscaping experience is a PLUS — but we will train motivated individuals

Starting wage $18-$22 DOE

Now Hiring: Irrigation Technician (Experienced Only)
Based in the Treasure Valley | Competitive Pay | Full-Time

We’re looking for a highly skilled irrigation technician to join our team at Pro-Vision Landscape. This is not an entry-level role—we need someone who knows the trade, can work independently, and can troubleshoot, install, and repair systems with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues (leaks, pressure problems, controller malfunctions, etc.)

• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties

• Communicate with team leads, clients, and project managers as needed

• Perform spring start-ups, mid-season checks, and winter blowouts

• Handle wiring, clocks/controllers, valves, zone mapping, drip systems, and backflow

• Install complete systems from scratch, including trenching and layout

• Document work accurately and keep projects moving on schedule

Must-Have Experience:

• 2+ years as a professional irrigation tech (this is not an entry-level position)

• Strong troubleshooting skills—especially with wiring and smart systems

• Knowledge of brands like Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro, etc.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and keep quality high, even under pressure

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
