I’m working a growing general contractor with a strong data center/mission-critical portfolio is looking for a Superintendent to run
field operations on an active build in 📍 West Texas. You’d own day-to-day site management, subcontractor coordination, and safety/schedule adherence,
reporting directly to the VP of Field Operations.

What they need:
- 1-5+ years as a construction superintendent,
- OSHA 10 required (30 preferred), solid Procore/MS Project/Bluebeam experience,
- someone who can run the GC-to-sub communication without drama.
Work Environment
This role is based on site at a data center project in Barstow, TX, with a rotational schedule of three weeks on and one week remote. The position involves a combination of office and field work, including jobsite walking and regular presence in active construction areas. The position includes a per diem for food and lodging during on-site rotations and offers a completion bonus based on base pay, contributing to an attractive overall compensation package.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
-$800 vehicle allowance -$2000 HSA card with benefits -20% bonus based on project completion -The 401(k) match is 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5 % of your compensation subject to the plan documents.
