About the Role

TriVertex Solutions is seeking experienced IT Project Managers with active Secret clearances to support IT and program management functions for a federal customer at Fort Meade. This role involves managing multiple concurrent IT and mission-related initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and providing high-quality reporting and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in IT project delivery, risk management, and executive-level communications.

Clearance: This position supports a federal contract and requires an Active Secret clearance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT and mission-related projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and federal compliance requirements.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and performance metrics.

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and briefings to stakeholders and leadership.

• Support program governance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

• Provide program management support services, including tracking budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

• Ensure all project activities comply with agency policies, standards, and best practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management within federal government contracting environments.

• Active Secret clearance (required).

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and reporting practices.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects with complex stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in high-visibility programs.

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly desired.
