MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF RECENT ROTOR TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE.
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Rotor Technician to join a manufacturing facility in North Houston, TX.
Schedule: First Shift, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday ( Possible up to 7 days a week).
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of principles of rotor assembly and production workflow.
• Experienced in observing all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures, ensuring all machine guards and safety equipment are in place and functioning correctly before and during operation.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical examination.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Prior experience in roles such as Forklift Operator, Industrial Equipment Operator, Material Handler, or Manufacturing Technician is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Rotor Technician:
• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce rotors efficiently and safely
• Record data and maintain accurate paperwork for the assigned area
• Ensure product meets established quality standards
• Observe all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements, including proper use of machine guards and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the manufacturing environment
