Overview:
The job coach position with guaranteed hours. As a job coach, you will provide one-on-one support assessing skills, providing training, assisting with workplace integration, and collaborating with employers to ensure successful job placement.
Job Coach Key Responsibilities
- Support clients during onboarding and training at a job site
- Teach workplace skills (communication, time management, task completion)
- Monitor job performance and provide feedback
- Communicate with employers to address concerns and support accommodations
- Maintain records and reports on client progress
- Encourage independence and long-term job retention
