This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the daily workplace experience for staff and visitors, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment. The role demands proactive coordination, client service excellence, and technical assistance within a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and facilitate frontline support services for staff, clients, and visitors, including greeting, escorting, and addressing inquiries related to amenities and services.
- Manage and execute client support processes, support cross-departmental collaboration, and coordinate service delivery via platforms such as ServiceNow, MS Teams, and other workplace management tools.
- Ensure workstations and conference spaces are well-maintained, properly equipped, and meet client standards; troubleshoot and provide first-level technology support for AV and IT systems.
- Prioritize, delegate, and complete daily tasks, conduct quality assurance on support requests, and manage ticket resolution to uphold high service standards.
- Act as a project liaison for office initiatives, special events, and offsite activities, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and service level agreements.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with privacy and security policies.

Core Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of workplace support, facilities, or client service experience within a professional environment.
