Job Description:
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and optimize the organization’s Human Resources Information System. The role involves system upgrades, reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to translate HR needs into system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and compliance
- Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards for HR metrics, headcount, turnover, and compliance reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system updates, troubleshooting, and vendor communications
- Partner with HR and IT teams to implement system improvements, upgrades, and new functionality
- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the HRIS system
- Ensure HRIS data supports payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance processes accurately
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and reporting tools
- Experience with platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, or similar systems
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis and audit techniques
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
