What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Operate attractions and rides while following all safety procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a fun, welcoming environment
- Engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience
- Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of attraction areas
- Assist with birthday parties and group events
- Answer guest questions about pricing, attractions, and gameplay
- Work as part of a team to deliver a safe and exciting entertainment experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to be active (walking, standing, bending, lifting)
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be 16 years or older
