General Definition and Conditions of Work:
- The Part-Time Youth Volleyball Program Support Staff is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Town's youth volleyball league at the Coomes Recreation Center. This position helps with the day-to-day operation of the league, including registration, scheduling, communication with participants and families, coordination of coaches and officials, game-day operations, and ensuring a safe, positive, and organized experience for youth participants.
- The position requires regular evening and weekend work based on league activities, practices, games, and program needs.
Education, Experience and Licenses:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience participating in, coaching, officiating, or working with youth volleyball or other organized youth sports preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or youth recreation programs preferred.
- Any combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
