We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join a pharmaceutical company in Boulder, Colorado, on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming experience.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels in the kitchen and common areas.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure easy accessibility.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry, communication, and scheduling.
• Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Support guests during the check-in process and provide necessary details.
• Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient front desk area.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Proven experience in administrative support or receptionist duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
• Experience in vendor relations and file organization.
