Position Overview
Join a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Work alongside an experienced anesthesiology team providing anesthesia care for a wide range of inpatient surgical procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams.
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical anesthesia support.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based anesthesia care.
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active Michigan RN License (required at submission).
- NBCRNA Certification.
- Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- DEA and CSR/CDS (required prior to start).
- Clean malpractice and license history.
- Experience as a practicing CRNA required (new graduates not accepted).
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
