Job Description

Defense Technology Integration, LLC is seeking a Senior Database Developer to join our team in supporting provide the Government program management and systems engineering/integration support.

Candidate responsibilities include life cycle development support for web-based applications/systems engineering tools for the Naval Sea Systems Command Safety and Regulatory Compliance Directorate’s (NAVSEA 09) Navy Modernization, Planning and Sustainability Department (NAVSEA 09P). The candidate will support the U.S. Navy Warfighter through efficient and effective execution of Engineering Configuration Management (ECM) for ship modernization.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Computer Science

• Cybersecurity/Data Security and Compliance

• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases, and DOD/Navy Operations, and DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process)

Preferred (in addition to Required):

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline

• Cybersecurity/Data Security and Compliance

• Database-specific certifications (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)

• Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in administering, testing, and implementing computer databases, and DOD/Navy Operations, and DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process)

• Demonstrated applied knowledge of NIST Special Publication 800-37
