<p>Cedar Rapids Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician. Technician is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on various building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, to ensure the smooth operation and safety of a facility, often responding to emergency repairs when needed; requiring skills in troubleshooting, basic carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>24/7 Emergency Availability - Deal with emergencies that are immediately tenant impacting.</li>
<li>This is a full time, 1099 Contract position, but you will be paid for 40 hours weekly -- you are responsible for work and repairs as they come up.</li>
<li>Weekends and nights will be required as needed.</li>
<li>Documentation of repairs and work provided to management on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Pay is based on experience.</li>
