IREX—a global development and education organization—seeks a tech-savvy problem solver to lead the evolution of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. As our SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator, you’ll design, build, and optimize digital spaces that help global teams share knowledge, work smarter, and deliver on our mission of a more just, prosperous, and inclusive world.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and manage IREX’s SharePoint Online environment
  • Develop Power Automate workflows to simplify and accelerate business processes
  • Partner with departments to create user-friendly, high-impact SharePoint solutions
  • Support and train staff on collaboration tools and best practices

What You Bring

  • 6+ years administering SharePoint Online in mid-to-large organizations
  • Experience building and managing Power Automate workflows
  • Strong grasp of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and Teams/OneDrive integration
  • Bonus: Power Apps or Power BI experience

The salary range for this role is $98,000 to $102,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Please note: While we aim to offer competitive compensation, not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.

We conduct background checks on all successful candidates.

This role requires regular onsite work. The selected candidate must be a full-time Washington DC-based employee, working a hybrid schedule from the DC office at least 2-3 days per week.
