Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship building, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business
- Conduct property tours and client presentations
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of hotel sales or hospitality experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
