Captrue is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position located in our Blaine, MN office, or remote, depending on location. Join our team and help us change the way healthcare is financed, disclosed and delivered.
OUR VISION FOR THIS KEY ROLE
As a Full Stack Developer you’ll have the opportunity to create, maintain, and support our home-built applications and external web apps for our third-party administrator Company, Captrue Benefits and our MGU company TPAC. You’ll work at automating manual processes, leaning on APIs and AI. You’ll have projects in flight, with some projects being collaborative, where others are independent. You’ll partner with our companies we support to help them dream about what could be, not just how something is achieved today. Captrue strives for excellence and efficiency in everything we do – from serving our customers to working with plan partners across the industry. Success in this role will be heavily supported with some of the newest industry-leading technologies and software available in the TPA and MGU markets.
A SAMPLE OF WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO IN THIS JOB
· Discover and evaluate business processes, gather business requirements, discover improvement opportunities with new and existing technologies.
• Design, develop, implement, improve, and support software solutions using React
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for TPAC Applications.
• Prepare and maintain staff training materials for purchased and built TPAC Applications.
Min Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
Requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE JOB
· High school Diploma & 6 years of technical experience or Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of technical experience.
• Experience in full stack development, with the ability to complete components or projects independently
• Ability to development components of an application.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a continued learning mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with various programming languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience in web development, building, and maintaining API libraries.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Power Platform.
