What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing homeowners associations in general counsel, litigation, and enforcement matters
- Advising boards on governance, CC&Rs, compliance, and risk management
- Handling disputes involving owners, vendors, and contractors
- Drafting opinions, correspondence, and governing documents
What We’re Looking For
- CA-licensed attorney in good standing
- Experience in HOA law (litigation and/or transactional)

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $235,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
