- Pay Rate: $24 - $31/hour (based on experience)
- Per Diem: $45/day
Schedule: 24/7 operations (365 days), 56 hours biweekly
Requirements
- No experience required (Oil & Gas experience preferred)
- Must have:
- NEST certification
- ZIP certification
- MVT/HVT certification
- DOT compliance required (CDL not required)
Job Overview
The Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers. This role supports field operations and ensures equipment is properly prepared and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings
- Maintain equipment in safe working conditions and report any issues
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure team safety compliance
- Assist with rig-up and rig-down operations
- Operate equipment based on skill level and job requirements
- Always wear PPE and adhere to HSE policies
- Complete and maintain required safety training
