Hiring Type: Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $19/hour (higher rate possible with Magaya or Ace Link experience)
Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry / Customs Release Analysts. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training to ensure each team member has the tools and knowledge needed for success. Reporting to the Supervisor, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of customs documentation for major companies, ensuring all shipments comply with U.S. government regulations and procedures. Prior industry experience is not required.

• Experience using freight/logistics systems such as Magaya or Ace Link
• Candidates with this experience may qualify for a higher hourly rate
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare customs entries and complete data entry for all shipments submitted to U.S. Customs for release
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal procedures
• Support team members with account management and workload distribution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Available Shifts
1st Shift (On-site)
Monday–Friday
Flexible schedules available: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
2nd Shift (Hybrid)
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
On-site training for 2–4 weeks, then remote
Occasional in-office days may be required
Note: No employees are permitted in the office past 9:00 PM while working 2nd shift
