Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients homes, including:
- Personal care assistance: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and companionship
- Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and compassion
Each Caregiver assignment varies based on client needs, offering variety and meaningful daily work.
Caregiver Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required (we pay for your training)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and caring personality
