Position Summary
We’re seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a modern, highly automated operation equipped with robotics, high‑speed conveyors, and advanced material handling systems. In this role, you’ll help keep essential equipment running at peak performance while contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the facility. Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs and routine service on conveyor systems, pneumatics, and other material handling components
- Troubleshoot automated packaging lines, robotics, and mechanical/electrical control systems
- Provide support and informal training to developing maintenance team members
- Review equipment performance data to identify reliability trends and implement improvements
- Assist with preventive maintenance planning, documentation, and scheduling
- Follow established safety procedures and promote safe work habits throughout the maintenance department
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, automation, or manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on work with automation systems, robotics, conveyors, and related control equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Experience using CMMS tools and performing preventive maintenance tasks
- Ability to interpret machine data or performance metrics for system optimization
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement practices
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
