<li>Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, ASAP.&nbsp; Need up to 10 CRNAs.&nbsp; Open to locums to perm but would like a 6 month commitment.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Preferred Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts (07:00-15:30 or 07:00-17:30),No call.&nbsp;</li>
<p>\n
<li>Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Level 1 Trauma Center, Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs at main, 4 at south and medical imaging/IR.&nbsp;</li>
<p>\n
<li>Scope of Work: Physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff, Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15, Annual ER Volume: (OR volume – 13,000 cases per year)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license, BSN, NBCRNA Board Certified, BLS/PALS, NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)</li>
