Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage job postings and outreach efforts
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process
- Maintain organized records and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred
- OR willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong people skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
- Must be computer savvy (comfortable with basic systems, email, and data entry)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
