In Streetsboro, OH 44241, you’ll start your day preparing your workstation: dialing in your MIG and TIG settings, selecting the right filler and gas, and reviewing the day’s blueprints. You’ll move from setup to execution, laying clean, consistent beads on stainless steel components and checking every pass against specifications. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate with teammates to keep production on schedule, keep your area orderly, and address any issues that surface—always with safety at the forefront.

Your Core Impact

• Create precise MIG and TIG welds on stainless steel parts that meet rigorous quality standards.
• Study and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications before each job.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure reliable performance.
• Verify weld integrity and fit-up; inspect finished work for conformance.
• Work closely with peers to hit production goals and deadlines.
• Follow established safety procedures and sustain a clean, well-organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot welding challenges and help resolve issues promptly.
