What You’ll Do:

  1. Manage warm listing & buyer appointments generated by our marketing and inside-sales team.
  2. Convert leads through a consultative sales approach and diligent follow-up.
  3. Conduct buyer & seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses.
  4. Oversee transactions from contract to closing with the support of our back-office team.
  5. Learn and apply creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, subject-to, etc.).
  6. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to expand your personal business pipeline.
  7. Stay informed on local market conditions and community resources.

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. Active Oregon and/or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
  2. Full-time dedication — this is a career, not a side gig.
  3. Coachable, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  4. Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach when needed.
  6. Tech-savvy and ready to adopt proven systems and tools.
  7. Previous sales experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Perks:

  1. Pay range: $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year (varies with production).
  2. Income potential: Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year on the team.
  3. Supplemental pay: Bonus pay, commission pay.
  4. Benefits: Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday core hours with self-determined scheduling and some weekend availability required.
