Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property & Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of both long-term rental properties and short-term vacation rentals (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo). This dual-role position requires experience in property management, guest relations, maintenance coordination, and digital booking platforms.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and can seamlessly switch between managing tenant needs and providing five-star guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Property Management:
  • Handle tenant screening, lease agreements, rent collection, and renewals
  • Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with local rental regulations and property codes
  • Act as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns
• Short-Term Rental Management:
  • Manage listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms (pricing, descriptions, photos)
  • Coordinate cleanings, turnovers, and restocking between guests
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reviews
  • Optimize occupancy rates and nightly pricing for maximum revenue
• Administrative & Financial Duties:
  • Track income, expenses, and generate regular performance reports
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cleaning staff
  • Maintain records of bookings, leases, and maintenance history

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management and/or short-term rental management
• Familiarity with property management software and Airbnb/Vrbo platforms
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously
• Knowledge of local rental laws and short-term rental regulations
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience using dynamic pricing tools (e.g., Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs)
• Basic marketing skills (for listing optimization and guest engagement)

Preferred not needed:

• Real estate license (where applicable)
