Job DescriptionThis is a in House Apartment Landscaping position with multiple openings, knowledge of power tools and irrigation systems is a plus!Job Description:
- Pick up trash & debris from grounds
- Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
- Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
- Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
- Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
- Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun)
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
Must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess a valid I.D.
- Have reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a background check
- The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
Hourly Salary:$18-$20+ depending on experience This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in.
