Focus on Insurance Law
First Party Insurance Law and Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing in the State of California.
Need to know how to perform legal research, Discovery, MSJ Oppositions and Trial Preparation.
Open Minded to be consistently involving with the legal trade.
Pre-Requisite: (Not Required but helpful)
Contract Law
Construction Law
Negligence
First Party Insurance Claims (Residential and Commercial Real Property)
Full Time-40 hours a week plus additional hours if requested.
