What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and apartment turnovers
- Handle after-hours emergency calls as needed
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
