We are hiring a Production Partner / Client Experience Partner to work hand in hand with the team leader of a high-producing real estate team in Northeast Florida.
This is not a typical real estate agent role. This is a hands-on position designed for a licensed agent who wants to learn, grow, and eventually become a full team agent within 18–24 months.
In this role, you will work directly alongside the team leader on a daily basis—supporting lead conversion, client communication, and day-to-day execution. You will gain real-world experience inside a proven, inbound-driven business built on YouTube, referrals, and a strong database.
You will be working with warm opportunities, helping ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks, while learning how a high-performing real estate business operates from the inside.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can execute without constant direction once trained.

Compensation:
$60,000 to $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Work hand in hand with the team leader to support daily operations and client experience
- Follow up with warm inbound buyer and seller leads (no cold prospecting)
- Pre-qualify leads and set appointments for the team leader
- Communicate with clients and provide a high-level experience throughout the process
- Manage scheduling and ensure smooth communication between all parties
- Show homes to buyers
- Conduct 1–2 open houses per month depending on activity
- Install and remove lockboxes and manage property access when needed
- Attend inspections, appraisals, and key property appointments
- Assist with handling client questions, updates, and time-sensitive requests
- Help keep the team leader focused by managing priorities and filtering communication
- Ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Member of the NE Florida Association of Realtors (or agrees to join)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction once and execute independently without constant supervision
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a high level of ownership
- Comfortable working in the field (homes, clients, showings, inspections, open houses)
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and real estate tools
- Experience as a Realtor or builder site agent preferred
- Desire to grow into a team agent role within 18–24 months
