Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Upper Marlboro, MD $22–$30/hr | Flexible Scheduling | Yes ABA Therapy
Make a real difference, one win at a time. Yes ABA Therapy helps children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We’re looking for a compassionate RBT to join our Upper Marlboro team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy alongside our BCBAs.
What you’ll do

Deliver ABA therapy
</li>
<li>
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
</li>
<li>
Track data and progress during sessions
</li>
<li>
Support daily living skills and skill-building programs
</li>
<li>
Keep accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for
<ul>
<li>
RBT certification
</li>
<li>
Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or special education is a plus
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and documentation skills
</li>
<li>
Team player who can also work independently
</li>
</ul>
