What you’ll do

  • Own preventive and corrective maintenance on production assets
  • Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen‑Bradley/ABB), AC/DC motor controls, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Use the SAP maintenance module to open/plan/close work orders, log time, and capture corrective actions
  • Fabricate or modify components with machine shop tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Follow OEM instructions, maintain parts and supplies, and coordinate vendor repairs as needed
  • Read and apply blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Recommend reliability and safety improvements based on sound judgment
  • Engage fully in CMC Safety Programs and model safe work practices

Do you have…

  • At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Hands-on PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley or ABB), plus AC/DC motor fundamentals
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
  • Professional communication skills with teammates and leadership
  • The ability to work at heights and in adverse conditions while following LOTO
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods in an industrial environment with weather exposure
  • Dependable attendance, on-time work completion, and flexibility to meet demand
  • A High School Diploma or GED
