Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)? At Bridge 2 Success Group Home, located in High Point, NC, we’re on a mission to provide exceptional care and support to our community. We’re looking for a dedicated Day Support Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our adult day support centers across multiple locations in North Carolina.
What You’ll Do
As a Day Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our day support centers run smoothly and provide the best possible care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing site staffing schedules, facility maintenance, and daily activity planning. - Ensuring all client service goals align with state licensure and Medicaid standards. - Supervising staff, reviewing incidents, and maintaining open communication with families. - Overseeing site safety and creating engaging activity schedules tailored to client needs.
This is a full-time position, and the pay rate will be discussed during the interview.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced leader who meets the following qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. - Experience: At least 2 years of leadership experience in a day support or vocational facility. - Preferred: Qualified Professional (QP) status. - Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities and locations effectively.

Our services span across various cities in North Carolina, including: Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, and High Point.
