Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Job Details:

• Replace current traveler with contract ending 6/13/26
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required
\n• Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT T, CMD
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Must have VA license active and in hand at time of submission
\n• Must attend either accelerated or 2-day Epic class unless returning within past 6 months
\n• Provide EPIC experience statement from past 1 year
\n• Up to 7 hours of non-billable modules required during orientation
\n• Work with adult acute care, adult outpatient, and various patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Utilize specialized skills including IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, CT simulation, and various treatment planning techniques
\n• Experience with emergency cases, electron beam therapy, and respiratory gating preferred
\n• Knowledge of tumor localization and custom mold creation beneficial
\n• Smoke/nicotine free facility requirement
\n• Previous staff members must wait one year before returning as traveler
\n• Expect to work some holidays with minimal RTO requests

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive radiation oncology department equipped with state-of-the-art technology including 2 Varian TrueBeams, 1 CyberKnife system, and a 16-slice GE CT scanner. The department provides advanced radiation therapy treatments and serves patients across multiple age groups with various oncological conditions. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic electronic health record systems to ensure coordinated treatment planning and documentation.
