Our client in Salt Lake City is looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join their team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee complex data migration projects, ensuring seamless integration between systems such as QuickBooks and Yardi. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with industry-leading tools and technologies within the real estate development sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead data migration efforts, consolidating a master chart of accounts and decades of data into a unified Yardi platform.
• Manage the integration of QuickBooks Desktop data into Yardi using ODBC drivers and specialized tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and train users on Yardi modules, including CommercialCafe Tenant Portal, Construction Manager, and Fixed Assets Manager.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Yardi Voyager8 SaaS for industrial property management.
• Ensure accurate migration and consolidation of financial data across 57 entities while maintaining data integrity.
• Provide ongoing support for Yardi modules, including PAYscan Transactions, Payment Processing v2, and P2P Remote Implementation.
• Develop robust data migration strategies and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
• Facilitate remote training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows.
• Conduct performance reviews of integrated systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data migration goals with business objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP integration or data migration.
• Proficiency in Yardi software and property management systems.
• Strong knowledge of data migration processes, particularly involving QuickBooks Desktop.
• Hands-on experience with ODBC drivers and related integration tools.
• Familiarity with Yardi modules such as Voyager8 SaaS, CommercialCafe Tenant Portal, and Fixed Assets Manager.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data consolidation.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate training and implementation sessions.
