Job Title: Scheduler Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 hours weekly Overview System One is seeking a Scheduler for a 2 month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules within the Concerto scheduling system
- Support scheduling activities for aftermarket and new equipment orders
- Coordinate with project managers, planners, and execution teams regarding schedule updates and priorities
- Monitor schedule progress and identify potential conflicts or capacity constraints
- Assist with resource planning and workload balancing activities
- Maintain scheduling data accuracy and support reporting requirements
- Provide day-to-day scheduling coverage for the Project Controls team
Requirements
- Experience in project scheduling, production scheduling, or project controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP, scheduling, or project management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Prior experience with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial project environments preferred
