Qualifications

• Previous experience in care giving or senior care is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of personal care systems and practices related to direct support.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely, adhering to proper techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
