Job DescriptionJob OverviewIn this role, you will have the chance to work on a variety of construction projects and assist our carpenters in all aspects of the job.Carpenter's Helper Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist carpenters in the construction and repair of structures, such as buildings, walls, and roofs
- Measure and cut materials, such as wood, drywall, and insulation
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Carpenter's Helper Qualifications & Skills
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a carpentry or construction setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Must possess a valid drivers license
