You're a Great Fit for This Role If You Love:

  • Leading a team of skilled engineers to maintain and enhance hotel systems, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and energy efficiency across all hotel operations.
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting issues, and swiftly resolving problems to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and guiding your team, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

We're excited to have you join us because you...

· Have a minimum of two years supervisory and/or management experience in Hotel industry preferred. Housekeeping department experience highly desirable.

· Have the ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly in English with guests and staff as is necessary to effectively run the department and service customer needs.

· Have the ability to read and write basic English in order to complete necessary reports and understand instructions/information.
