Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney with a focus on personal injury cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation and a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff
Qualifications
- Jurisdiction-specific law degree (J.D.)
- Active attorney license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines
